1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to legal transactions between Arkadash Bistro Chur and the responsible pizza delivery service for the corresponding delivery area (hereinafter "Arkadash Bistro Chur"), as well as their customers in the context of order facilitation through the website arkadashbistrochur.fasteat.ch.
